Fairway
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers about challenges, scoring, payouts, and fair play.
Is Fairway gambling?
Fairway is designed as a skill-based golf competition platform. Challenge outcomes depend on real golf performance and verified scoring rather than chance alone.
How do I win a challenge?
Your position is determined by your verified score under the scoring format shown for that challenge, usually handicap-adjusted Stableford.
How does Fairway stop cheating?
Scores must be genuine, submitted on time, and capable of verification. Fairway may request supporting evidence, review official records, and disqualify entries that do not meet the rules.
When do payouts happen?
Results are normally reviewed and finalized within 72 hours after a challenge closes. Once verified, prizes are paid out according to the published prize structure.
Can I enter more than one challenge?
Yes. In some cases, the same real-life round may be used for multiple eligible challenges, depending on the challenge setup.
What happens if I enter but do not play?
If you enter a paid challenge and do not complete or submit a valid score within the required timeframe, your entry will usually be forfeited.
What happens if my course is closed?
If your course is closed due to adverse conditions and you provide acceptable evidence within the required timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund in line with the challenge rules.
Can prize amounts change?
Prize structures are shown on each challenge. Where adjustments are necessary under the rules, Fairway will apply them in line with the published challenge terms.
