Fairway is a skill-based golf competition platform where outcomes are determined by real-world performance and verified scoring.

By using Fairway, you agree to these Terms.

Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Privacy Policy.

• You must be 18 years or older
• You must provide accurate personal information
• You must meet any challenge-specific requirements (including handicap where applicable)

We may request proof of eligibility at any time.

• You are responsible for your account and all activity on it
• You must not share or transfer your account
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or breaches

• Entry fees apply where stated
• Entries are final once submitted
• Where required by law, a free entry route may be available

Entries that are incomplete, automated, or fraudulent will be void.

• Entry fees contribute to challenge prize pools
• Payment processing fees may be deducted before prize distribution
• Fairway receives a platform fee after prize distribution unless stated otherwise

All prize structures are shown on the relevant challenge page.

Entry fees are non-refundable, including where:

• You fail to participate
• You are found ineligible
• You are disqualified
• You submit invalid or unverifiable scores

Refunds may only be issued where explicitly stated in the challenge rules (e.g. verified course closure).

• Scores must be genuine and verifiable
• We may request supporting evidence, including official handicap records
• Winners may be required to provide identification before payout
• Failure to provide required information may result in disqualification

We may publish winner details (e.g. name and location) to comply with regulatory obligations.

You must not:

• Submit false or manipulated scores
• Attempt to cheat or exploit the platform
• Use bots, scripts, or automated systems
• Impersonate another user

We reserve the right to disqualify any user acting against the spirit of fair competition.

We may suspend or terminate access where:

• These terms are breached
• Fraud or manipulation is suspected
• Platform integrity is at risk

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fairway is not liable for:

• Missed entries
• Technical issues or downtime
• Payment delays outside our control
• Course closures or external conditions

Nothing excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
